王晓燕、副院长，主任医师、徐州医科大学硕士研究生导师；宿迁市医学会消化病学分会主任委员、江苏省医学会消化病学分会委员、江苏省医学会胰腺病学分会委员、江苏省医学会消化内镜分会无痛内镜协作组成员、江苏省医师协会人文医学分会委员、江苏省医师协会消化病学分会委员、江苏省免疫学会转化医学专业委员会委员、江苏省抗癌协会肿瘤内镜专业委员会委员。市创业创新团队领军人才、市优秀科技专家。市劳动模范、市卫生计生系统先进工作者。

业务专长：如从事消化系疾病专业25年，擅长消化系统疾病的诊治，尤其是消化内镜下的诊疗，成功开展了2000余例胆总管结石取石术及梗阻性黄疸的支架植入例手术（ERCP）、500余例消化道黏膜剥离术（ESD）、100余例余例上消化道黏膜下肿瘤经内镜隧道剥离术（STER）、16例经内镜隧道肌切开术治疗贲门失迟缓症（POEM）。

科研成果：在各级期刊上发表论文近60余篇，其中SCI论文10余篇。
