本科、硕士先后毕业于中国海洋大学生物工程和遗传学专业,2010年博士毕业于中国科学院动物研究所生物膜与膜生物工程国家重点实验室。2011年至2016年在美国University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill作为博士后研究p53的代谢调控功能。2016年全职加入徐州医科大学肿瘤生物治疗国家地方联合工程实验室,建立肿瘤代谢研究组,2017年入选江苏省特聘教授,2020年获徐州医科大学优秀研究人才计划支持,并于2020和2021年分别带队获得江苏省卫生创新团队(400万)和省“双创”团队(300万)支持。研究组从糖脂代谢角度出发,研究小分子代谢物对于肿瘤关键信号分子的修饰及功能影响,同时探索靶向肿瘤免疫微环境的新型代谢调控机制和肿瘤治疗策略。先后在包括PNAS、Cell Death & Differentiation、Trends in Cancer等刊物发表论文二十余篇,获得国家自然科学基金重大研究计划项目、面上项目、江苏省重点研发计划、江苏省高校重大研究项目资助。
