【个人简介】

朱作斌,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。遗传学科负责人,徐州医科大学生命科学学院遗传学创新平台负责人,全国大学生生命科学创新创业优秀指导老师,江苏省多基因重大疾病精准诊疗工程研究中心副主任,徐州医科大学遗传基础与临床应用重点实验室副主任,以色列科学基金会评审专家、iMeta青年编委、Frontiers in Pharmacology、 Frontiers in microbiology 期刊客座编辑,中国人体健康科技促进会临床微生物与感染精准检验专业委员会委员、江苏省妇幼保健协会男性生殖分会委员、江苏省遗传学会微生物遗传委员会委员,江苏省免疫学会免疫遗传学组委员。

研究方向:生殖衰老的遗传机制;微生物与宿主互作。本课题组依托徐州市医学遗传与转化工程中心及徐州医科大学遗传基础与临床应用重点实验室,以秀丽隐杆线虫、果蝇和小鼠为动物模型进行生殖、衰老及相关疾病的遗传机制研究的研发。

主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、徐州市基础研发计划等9课题9项,获批总经费300余万元,参与国家重点基础研究发展计划项目1项,国家自然科学基金面上项目2项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文40余篇,其中IF>10分5篇,IF>5分论文12篇。获得中国中西医结合科技奖二等奖、江苏省医学科技奖三等奖和淮海科学技术奖二等奖各1项,申请国家发明专利10项,软件著作权3项。    

讲授《医学遗传学》、《系统生物学》、《高级医学遗传学》等课程。主编教材《系统生物学》、共同主编英文专著《Recent Advances in Bacterial Biofilm Studies》,参编《医学遗传学》教材一部。指导大学生获得江苏省大学生创新计划3项,指导研究生获得江苏省研究生创新课题3项。
