个人简介

潘伟,免疫学博士,教授,校特聘教授,江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人(2021年)、优秀青年骨干教师(2016年),中国免疫学会会员,江苏省免疫学会理事,江苏省免疫学会免疫与代谢专业委员会常务委员兼秘书、基础免疫专委会委员,江苏省研究型医院学会神经感染与免疫专委会委员;担Zoonoses、《徐州医科大学学报》青年编委以及多个国际SCI期刊审稿专家。主要研究方向是联合多组学技术,从肠-脑轴整体观视角,探究神经精神性疾病的发病机制及干预策略;采用条件性敲除/过表达小鼠,探究代谢重编程与神经发育异常、免疫细胞功能紊乱的作用机制。

主持国家自然科学基金面上、青年基金、江苏省自然科学基金面上项目等10项课题;参与国家自然基金面上项目4项、青年基金5项、江苏省自然科学基金青年基金1项。以第一作者或通讯作者在Microbiome(IF:16.8,高被引论文)、Gut Microbes(IF:12.2)、Brain Behavior Immunity(IF:15.1)等国际期刊发表SCI论文40篇,北大核心论文20篇;H指数为23。指导大学生斩获国家级及省级学术竞赛获奖20余项,包括“挑战杯”课外学术作品竞赛全国一等奖1项、三等奖1项、省级特等奖2项,“大学生基础医学创新论坛暨实验设计大赛”国家级金奖2项、银奖2项,“大学生生命科学竞赛”国家级一等奖2项、二等奖2项,“全国大学生创新创业成果展”优秀论文(全国遴选20篇)等。
