个人简介

王文世,教授、博士生导师、博士(后)合作导师。入选国家级(青年)人才项目,江苏省级重点人才项目。担任徐州医科大学基础医学一级学科带头人兼病原生物学二级学科带头人、基础医学院副院长、江苏省免疫与代谢重点实验室主任。在荷兰鹿特丹伊拉斯姆斯大学获博士学位(病毒性肝炎方向),并先后以博士后和 EASL Sheila Sherlock Fellow 身份在荷兰鹿特丹伊拉斯姆斯大学和德国海德堡大学开展肝炎病毒研究工作。

主要研究方向为病毒性肝炎等重大传染病的基础与转化应用研究,包括乙肝病毒(HBV)与丁肝病毒(HDV)共感染、戊肝病毒(HEV)感染的致病机制、病毒生命周期特征、机体免疫应答与炎症发生发展、病毒进化和传播示踪,从宿主免疫与代谢这一创新角度整合计算机筛选分析与体外生物学实验发掘新型抗病毒药物和靶点。

共发表SCI收录论文>60篇,其中以通讯(或第一)作者在Journal of Hepatology、Gastroenterology、Hepatology、Trends in Microbiology、JHEP Reports、PNAS、Science Signaling、Advanced Science、EMBO Molecular Medicine、Communications Biology、 Journal of Virology等学术期刊发表SCI论文30余篇。受邀为Journal of Hepatology、JHEP Reports、The Lancet microbe等杂志审稿。先后获得欧洲微生物学会联盟(FEMS)科研基金、欧洲肝病学会Sheila Sherlock Fellowship等人才项目资助。获荷兰皇家微生物学会(KNVM)Kiem Award(医学微生物领域),荷兰消化学会(NVGE)年度最佳科研奖(1st Prize NVGE Gastro-intestinal Research Award),欧洲肝病学会(EASL)Best Poster Awards,入选荷兰消化学会官方期刊“DDD NEWS”封面人物,多次获得欧洲肝病学会(EASL)Full Bursary Award。

目前担任江苏省医学类研究生教育指导委员会委员、江苏省免疫学会常务理事兼副秘书长、江苏省微生物学会理事、徐州医科大学学术委员会委员等学术任职。 团队科研经费充足,欢迎热爱科研的有志之士(青年教师、博士后)加盟!
